UX & UI
The product at the center of this project was presented in 2017 as the first autonomous concept car developed by a worldwide player in the car industry. As a shared mobility vehicle this car was thought to be part of the fleet of a mobility provider, at the same time it could be an individually owned vehicle.
The request was to design the concept for this app in one month. The app had an internal use to sell the idea to the producer’s stakeholders for a future product development, and at the same time there was an external communication purpose. The company wanted to present the prototype at the most relevant world innovation fair and get recognition on a international level.
The team at USEEDS° was made by another UX designer and me as a UX/UI designer.
My tasks in details
The vehicle can become a source of profit if unlocked and added to the Public Fleet or shared with users defined by the owner.
The owner can let the Flow Assistant optimize the vehicle management in order to reach the profit goal.
The owner can also, at any time, choose if the vehicle is available to the public fleet, to his family and friends or to any other specific group of users. It is also possible to define if for each sharing a payment is required or not.
